Giclee

The term Giclee is derived from the French term
"to spray or toss ink. "

With the advent of digital photography, high resolution scanning and vast improvements in the abillity to reproduce high end digital copies the Giclee process has evolved to produce the highest quality reproductions available today.
This high quality results from the use of archival pigmented inks, using six or more colors, applied on archival paper types from watercolor to canvas or rag papers.

Another distinction of the Giclee is that each print is signed and numbered to create a limited edition series. All of our Giclee prints are signed by the artist and edition sizes are limited to fifty prints or less. This allows us to provide greater variety and value to the customer.

Giclees can be printed on high quality papers or canvas.

Sizes begin at 18 x 24 (image dimensions).
